Natacha Wilson will share her key insights on the critical factors influencing the outcome of projects. The workshop will include some practical activities as well as opportunities to share our experiences and reflect on our practice. Natacha Wilson, Chair of Ella Forum (Cambridge) and Founder of Cambridge Insights, Leadership and Innovation for a greater world Natacha works with universities, organisations and individuals who are willing to make a difference and improve the world and their communities. She combines her business and research experience to support clients maximise their impact. She runs and facilitates workshops on project management and leadership, innovation and problem solving, leadership skills and emotional intelligence.
