DESCRIPTION:We describe a new experimental procedure for analysing the cur
 rent-voltage response of bulk heterojunction solar cells. The method provi
 des considerable insight into the physical processes governing device oper
 ation and provides a useful means of screening new photovoltaic materials 
 and identifying optimal blend compositions and processing protocols.
