DESCRIPTION:This talk will give a brief review of antibody structure and t
 hen\nfocus on databases and methods that we have developed for their\nanal
 ysis. Our new integrated database of antibody sequence and\nstructure will
  be presented together with a tool for applying\nstandard numbering scheme
 s in an automated manner. Analysis of\nthe results of using this tool sugg
 est data widely used by the\nimmunology community contain many errors. I w
 ill also present an\nanalysis of the 'humanness' of antibody sequences tog
 ether with\nanalysis and prediction of the VH/VL packing angle with applic
 ation\nto antibody modelling and humanization.
