 lege\, the University of Durham\, the University of Manchester and Imperia
 l College. Professor Kenç he served as the Deputy Governor of the Central
  Bank of the Republic of Turkey between April 2011 and April 2016. Profess
 or Kenç was formerly editor-in-chief of the Central Bank Review journal.\
