DESCRIPTION:I'll present a paper by David MacKay\, Seb Wills\, and Annalu
Waller (May 2007). \n\nBlissymbolics is a graphic semantic language create
d by Charles K. Bliss (1897-1985) for international communication. Bliss s
entences are composed of blisswords\, and blisswords are composed of chara
cters.\n\nWe have combined Blissymbolics with the information-efficient wr
iting system\, Dasher\, and an open-source font provided by George Sutton.
Bliss-Dasher is an efficient and fun way of writing Bliss. This paper des
cribes in detail how we did it.\n\nhttp://www.inference.phy.cam.ac.uk/dash
