  reacting to congestion on a network path is impor

 recision Time Protocol (PTP) to infer network late
 ncy and packet loss in data centers\, and we condu
 ct network latency and packet loss measurements in
  data centers from different cloud providers\, usi
 ng PTPd\, an open-source software implementation o
