 lp others. \n\nBorn on 30th December 1988\, Jasiek
  Mela is a Polish explorer who reached the North P
 ole in 2004 and eight months later the South Pole\
 , making him the youngest and the only disabled pe
 rson in history to achieve this. In 2008 he climbe
 d the Kilimanjaro\, and subsequently established t
 he “Poza Horyzonty” Foundation\, whose aim is help
 ing accident victims. In 2009 Jasiek also climbed 
 Mount Elbrus—the highest mountain in the Caucasus
