DESCRIPTION:Joanna Natasegara is an Academy Award and BAFTA nominated prod
 ucer and CEO of Violet Films and Ultra Violet Consultancy.\n\nViolet Films
  is currently the only company in the UK combining social impact strategy 
 and film production. Ultra Violet is an ethical consultancy specialising i
 n outreach campaigns and maximising the social impact of film and media pr
 ojects.\n\nUltra Violet has recently worked on some of the world’s most 
 high impact feature documentaries including Oscar® nominated Virunga (Net
 flix\, 2014)\, The Dark Matter of Love (2013)\, and BRITDOC Impact Award w
 inners No Fire Zone: The Killing Fields of Sri Lanka (2013) and The House 
 I Live In (2012).\n\nPreviously Joanna directed and produced documentaries
  covering social justice and politics including the acclaimed series The P
 rice of Kings (2012)\, The Ministry of Truth (2008) and The Fear Factory (
 2010)\, which inspired a coalition of over 80 stakeholders to form around 
 criminal justice issues. She has a Masters in Human Rights from the London
  School of Economics and Political Science.\n\nCome for a conversational e
