DESCRIPTION:This talk will survey the calculations of matrix elements of q
uark\nbilinear operators between nucleon states using lattice QCD. A numbe
r\nof exciting physics\, at the intersection of nuclear and particle\nphys
ics\, is being probed using these calculations. The axial charge\ng_A is a
fundamental parameter encapsulating the weak interaction of\nnucleons and
serves to benchmark the efficacy of lattice QCD\ncalculations of nucleon
structure. The scalar and tensor charges\, g_S\nand g_T\, combined with p
recision neutron decay distribution probe\nnovel scalar and tensor interac
tions at the TeV scale. Vector form\nfactors are probed in electron scatte
ring\, while axial vector form\nfactors are used in the calculation of the
cross-section of neutrinos\non nuclear targets. These energy dependent cr
oss-sections are needed\nto determine the neutrino flux\, an important sys
tematic in neutrino\noscillation experiments. Flavor diagonal charges are
needed to quantify\nthe interaction of dark matter with nuclear targets a
nd for the nucleon\nsigma term. Lastly I will provide results for the matr
ix elements of two \nnovel CP violating operators\, the quark EDM and the
quark Chromo EDM\, \nthat contribute to the electric dipole moment of the
 neutron (nEDM).
