DESCRIPTION:In this talk I will present a new approach to solv

Gubinelli’s notion of controlled rough paths and i
s also\nclosely related to Hairer’s theory of regu
larity structures. The approach is implemented\nf
or the variable-coefficient uniformly parabolic PD
E\n\n\n\nw
here is an irregular random distribution. The ass
umptions allow\, for example\, for an\n which is
white in time and only mildly coloured in space.\n
\nThe key result is a deterministic stability resu
lt (in the spirit of the Lyons-Itô map) for soluti
ons\nof this equation with respect to but also the
products and \, with *\nso
lving the constant-coefficient equation . On the sto
chastic\nside it is shown how these (renormalised)
products can be constructed for a random .\n\nThis
