 reign\nPolicy in the 21st Century” by Ambassador Celso Amorim\, Brazil
 ’s former\nMinister of Foreign Relations under the Lula administration (
 2003-2010).\n\n\nCelso Amorim served as Minister of Foreign Relations (199
 3-1994 and\n2003-2010)\, and as Minister of Defence (2011-2014) of Brazil.
  Prior to\nthat\, he served as the Permanent Representative of Brazil to t
 he United\nNations in Geneva (1991-1993) and the World Trade Organization\
 n(1999-2001)\, as the Permanent Representative of Brazil to the United\nNa
 tions in New York (1995-1999) and as Ambassador to the United Kingdom\n(20
 02). He was also Chief Executive Officer of the Brazilian Film\nCorporatio
 n (Embrafilme) from 1979 to 1982 and served as\nUnder-Secretary in the Min
 istry of Science and Technology (1985-1988).\nThis year UN Secretary-Gener
 al Ban Ki-moon appointed Celso Amorim to be\na member of the UN High-Level
  Panel on Global Response to Health Crises.\nHe is the author of several b
 ooks and other publications on Culture\,\nScience and Technology Policy an
 d International Relations. His latest\nbook is entitled Teerã\, Ramalá e
  Doha (2015).\n\nFollowed by a wine reception – All Welcome\n\n
