DESCRIPTION:In this workshop I will discuss the prospects of i
nduced double quantum dots to improve the relaxati
on and coherence time of electron spin qubit compa
red to the current record in doped GaAs heterostru
ctures. The absence of intentional dopants is expe
cted not only to decrease the number of small angl
e scattering events\, (which is observed as an inc
rease in mobility and the fact that lower carrier
densities may be \nachieved)\, but it also is expe
cted to reduce RTS (Random Telegraph Signals) nois
e which would be beneficial for more accurate curr
ent measurements. I will present the progress towa
rds making an undoped \nquantum dots\, getting to
the last electron\, as well as the challenges of u
sing fast measurement techniques - radio frequency
  reflectometry.\n
