DESCRIPTION:Cambridge Genomic Services is organising a Genomics seminar wi
 th\nAffymetrix covering the latest developments for genotyping and gene\ne
 xpression. There will be three talks covering the issues facing\nresearche
 rs in these fields. Topics will include transcriptome analysis\n(RNA profi
 ling of coding\, non-coding and miRNA transcripts)\;\napplications for hum
 an and agrigenomics for GWAS\, targeted genotyping or\nexpression studies\
 ; and Dr Robert Scott from the MRC Epidemiology Unit\nwill give a presenta
 tion on a large-scale genotyping study on the UK\nBiobank array.\n\nPlease
