  on how to do it – you will live it.\n\n*Who is the speaker?*\nAdelina C
 halmers trains academic staff at Cranfield University on presenting resear
 ch and she works with Cambridge University’s start-up arm Cambridge Ente
 rprise as their pitching consultant for the Latin American business develo
 pment programmes. In previous roles\, she commissioned research and presen
 ted to industry at academic and international conferences. She won numerou
