DESCRIPTION:I shall describe a non-relativistic limit of twistor theory\, 
 in which Newton--Cartan structures of Newtonian gravity correspond to comp
 lex three-manifolds with a four-parameter family of rational curves.\nThe 
 resulting Newton--Cartan space-times are unstable under the general Kodair
 a  deformation of the twistor complex structure\, and agree with non-relat
 ivistic  limits of self-dual gravitational instantons.
