DESCRIPTION:This talk presents the theory and implementation of a graphica
 l programming\nenvironment based on combinatory logic\, illuminating both 
 its computational\nbackground and aspects of human-computer-interaction.\n
 This "purely functional" drag-and-drop programming will be contrasted to\n
 other visual programming styles\, along with a discussion on merits and\nl
 imitations.\nThere will be a live demonstration\, and members of the audie
 nce are welcome\nto play with the prototype after (or during) the presenta
 tion.\n\n\n
