DESCRIPTION:We present a coarse-grained models of DNA and RNA along with e
 xamples of their applications. We use the models to  study strand displace
 ment reaction\, duplex hybridization\, burnt-bridges DNA motor\, RNA hairp
 in unzipping and folding thermodynamics of a pseudoknot.
