DESCRIPTION:We present a coarse-grained models of DNA and RNA 
 along with examples of their applications. We use 
 the models to  study strand displacement reaction\
 , duplex hybridization\, burnt-bridges DNA motor\,
  RNA hairpin unzipping and folding thermodynamics 
 of a pseudoknot.
