DESCRIPTION:I'll be speaking about joint work with Anthony Ashton on a new
  numerical approach for finding Dirichlet eigenvalues of the Laplacian on 
 polygonal domains. These ideas follow from the unified method of Fokas\, a
 nd in addition by utilising analyticity of our functions\, we arrive at bo
 th theoretical and numerical results. In recent work two numerical methods
  are proposed which I hope to briefly describe\, and finally I am keen to 
 present some of our most recent test cases.
