DESCRIPTION:I will begin with an introduction to the main types of rocket 
 and the handling and properties of various liquid oxidisers. I will discus
 s the challenges of hybrid rocket design and some of the ways we are deali
 ng with these in the hybrid development programme\, including catalyst pac
 k development\, the 6-inch chamber development programme (including the de
 velopment of the hybrid combustion model)\, http pump development\, monopr
 opellant testing and the development of the 18-inch hybrid chamber. I will
  include a general summary of Falcon’s background and capabilities.
