DESCRIPTION:For our Christmas event we thought it would be fun to focus on
  some of the fantastic independent food retailers that have sprung up in C
 ambridge over the last few years.\n\nThis year saw the publication of Inde
 pendent Cambridge\, (http://www.independent-cambridge.co.uk/) a directory 
 that celebrates all that is good about the many independent Cambridge reta
 ilers.  For our Christmas event we thought it would be fun to focus on som
 e of the fantastic independent food retailers that have sprung up in Cambr
 idge over the last few years.  From Chelsea buns to champagne\, from choco
 late to cheese these retailers are thriving. Come and hear how a number of
  these businesses started and their experiences of being independent in Ca
 mbridge - and their challenges once Christmas is over. We will be getting 
 into the Christmas spirit early this year – come to see (and taste!) som
