DESCRIPTION: We consider the Metropolis dynamics for the Ising model at ve
 ry low\n\ntemperatures with a small positive magnetic field. We start the 
 system\n\nfrom the minus configuration and we study the relaxation of\n\nt
 he system to the plus phase\, via nucleation and growth of droplets of plu
 ses.\n\nThe talk will be non technical and it will be accessible to people
  not familiar with the Ising model.
