DESCRIPTION:I will discuss our theoretical and numerical results for the d
isorder-driven superconductor-insulator transition that predict the existe
nce of a novel insulator of pairs. We find that the single particle gap an
d optical conductivity evolve in unexpected ways across the transition and
are supported by recent scanning tunneling spectroscopy and THz conductiv
ity experiments.\n\nReference: Karim Bouadim\, Yen Lee Loh\, Mohit Randeri
