DESCRIPTION:Supersymmetric scenarios without R-Parity Violation (RPV) have
  received renewed\ninterested after the negative result of SUSY searches a
 t the LHC. In the first part\nof the talk I will critically review the sta
 tus of SUSY search (with and without\nRPV) after the first run of LHC. In 
 the second part I will discuss the possibility\nto embed the low energy MS
 SM with RPV in a Grand Unified Theory.
