DESCRIPTION:Interviewing is both a privilege and an opportunity - a chance
to involve the insight of others into the design process. And yet\, we of
ten lack confidence in our ability to interview well\; worry about finding
the right people\; or even making the case for the research in the first
place. More than this\, interviewing - at its worst - can to easily become
dislocated from the broader design process. How can we challenge and chan
ge this\, to make the very best of the opportunity that interviewing offer
s us?\n \nIn this talk\, Andrew will look at the fundamentals of interview
ing\, sharing his own experiences - good and bad - and offering some advic
e and suggestions on recruiting\, interviewing and analysing to make inter
views work for you\, your team and your project.\n\nAbout the speaker:\n\n
