 irector at Microsoft's Cambridge Research Lab with responsibility for the 
 lab's business-facing activities\, including technology transfer\, incubat
 ion\, licensing\, spin-outs\, and other models for utilising the intellect
 ual property generated by the lab's research groups.\n\nKen has been a dir
 ector of Cambridge Network for several years and Microsoft Research is cur
