DESCRIPTION:Prize-winning writer\, novelist\, cultural commentator and bro
 adcaster Lisa Appignanesi will be in conversation with Lucy Cavendish Coll
 ege President Professor Janet Todd\, and the audience from 11.30am – 12.
 45 pm on Saturday 23rd June. Lisa will be discussing her novels and career
  to date\, as well as the recurrent topics of love\, passion and obsession
 . \n\nLisa's latest books include All About Love: Anatomy of an Unruly Emo
 tion which came out in Spring 2011 and The Memory Man\, which was the winn
 er of the Holocaust Fiction Prize\, Canada. Her next thriller Paris Requie
 m will be published in June 2012. She is currently working on another book
  Trials of Passion: Love\, madness\, the law and the rise of the expert wi
 tness.\n\nAs well as an established author\, Lisa is also currently the Ho
 norary Professor in Literature and Medical Humanities at King’s College 
 London\, a judge of the Orange Prize 2012 and also the former President of
  English PEN where she initiated the 'Free Expression is No Offence' and t
 he 'Libel Reforms' campaigns amongst others\, and is the current Chair of
