DESCRIPTION:We study the scattering amplitudes of ABJM theory and discuss 
 what they have in common with the amplitudes of the d=4\, N=4 super-Yang-M
 ills theory.\nThe main themes will include BCFW-like recursion formula\, G
 rassmannian integral formula for all tree amplitudes and Yangian invarianc
 e vs dual superconformal invariance.\nWe will also comment on possible con
 nections to polygonal Wilson loops and twistor string theory.\n\n
