  Dr Josip Glaurdić’s forthcoming book\, The Hour of Europe: Western Pow
 ers and the Breakup of Yugoslavia (Yale University Press)\, with a book la
 unch and talk given by the author. \n\nIncorporating declassified document
 s from the CIA\, the administration of George H.W. Bush\, and the British 
 Foreign Office\; evidence generated by The Hague Tribunal\; and more than 
 forty personal interviews with former diplomats and policy makers\, Glaurd
