DESCRIPTION:In this talk we will present a mathematical modelling framewor
 k for a virtual solid tumour. The framework will be built around a multisc
 ale force-based individual-based model of an avascular multicellular spher
 oid. We will discuss how this basic framework may be extended to include t
 wo critical (macroscale) hallmarks of cancer: tumour-induced angiogenesis 
 and cancer invasion and metastasis. We will then sketch a path to create a
 n oncological digital twin.
