 ism algebras of simple modules for an affine algebraic group G over a fiel
 d k. Everything readily reduces to the the case where G is pseudo-reductiv
 e\; and for the questions we considered\, it was useful to know some of th
 e more detailed results about pseudo-reductive groups that had been obtain
 ed by Conrad&ndash\;Prasad.\nI&rsquo\;ll describe some of this.
