 nnesota)

DESCRIPTION:The infinity category of $N_\\infty$-operads is the poset of t
ransfer systems\, so anything we can say about transfer systems gives us d
ata about equivariant stable homotopy constructions. In this talk\, I'll d
escribe two structural results for transfer systems\, one describing how w
e can build transfer systems out of smaller pieces and one describing how
transfer systems themselves fit together. Time permitting\, I will give so
me additional applications to equivariant homotopy\, showing how this conn
ects to the interplay between norms and generalized slices.
