DESCRIPTION:The aim of this session is to provide high-quality training to
  researchers and staff at all levels in a welcoming\, accessible environme
 nt. Our main goal is to actively promote an inclusive\, anti-racist traini
 ng and research culture and to empower members of our network to advocate 
 for and contribute to this environment.\n\nThe session is designed to be u
 seful to all students\, researchers\, academics\, and professional staff a
 t the University of Cambridge\, with a maximum capacity of 80 attendees. A
 lthough the session is primarily intended for members of the Department of
  Physiology\, Development and Neuroscience (PDN) and the Loke Centre for T
 rophoblast Research (Loke CTR)\, we welcome attendees from across the Univ
 ersity of Cambridge\, space permitting\, with priority given to PDN and Lo
