 stuhl.\n\nThe topic of the seminar was “Network De
 mocracy” and for five days\, we discussed tools fo
 r representation\, direct democracy\, power\, tras
 nparency and democratic institutions. This was a r
 efreshing break form the traditional “e-voting = e
 -democracy” caricature.\n\nThere will be a talk ou
 tlining the interesting parts of the paper from a 
 security perspective\, followed by discussion.
