 e editing to advance agricultural sustainability. By developing tropical c
 rops that are more resilient\, nutritious\, and productive\, Tropic tackle
 s global food security challenges while minimising environmental impact. I
 n this seminar\, I will share our journey of turning science and vision in
 to a thriving company that is introducing transformative innovations to th
 e food systems\, regions\, and communities most in need.\n\n*Biography*\nE
 yal is a scientist and entrepreneur\, with a special interest in the RNA i
 nterconnections between infection\, immunity and genome dynamics. His grou
 p at Cambridge University studies RNA communication between organisms. Eya
 l combines academic research with industry entrepreneurship. In 2007\, he 
 co-founded the RNAi company Beeologics and later served as CSO at Forrest 
 Innovations. In 2016\, Eyal co-founded Tropic\, an Agtech company developi
 ng improved tropical crops including banana\, coffee and rice.\n\n*Please
