DESCRIPTION:We discuss behaviors of certain arithmetic invariants (introdu
 ced by Bloch\, Tsunogai) for fundamental groups of once-punctured elliptic
  curves. Anabelian geometry of tangential basepoints on M(1\,1) and M(1\,2
