 Majeed Kazemi\, a Computer Science PhD student at 
 the University of Toronto under Professor Tovi Gro
 ssman\, explores the intersection of HCI and compu
 ting education. With a focus on developer and crea
 tivity support tools\, his work delves into tangib
 le programming\, data-driven visual programming\, 
 and LLM-powered coding assistants' impact on compu
 ting education. His PhD thesis focuses on scaling 
 computing education in self-paced environments.
