DESCRIPTION:We study the problem of 3D genome reconstruction from contact
count matrices for single cell data\, and the uniqueness of such reconstru
ctions in the setting of haploid organisms. We consider multiple models as
representations of this problem\, and use techniques from graph rigidity
theory to determine uniqueness. Finally\, we compare the 3D reconstruction
s for different models using semidefinite programming. The talk is based o
n joint work with Sean Dewar\, Georg Grasegger\, Fatemeh Mohammadi and Ant
 hony Nixon.
