DESCRIPTION:\nBecoming a parent is a huge life event\, it can be difficult
  and stressful.\n\nOpen to those who are about to take a period of materni
 ty\, adoption or shared parental leave\, this workshop will be held in as 
 a small group to encourage personal reflection and discussion with others.
 \n\nThis in person workshop will cover concerns and fears about the change
 s ahead\, and the impact they may have on your life and career. We will di
 scuss solutions\, how to have effective conversations with those around yo
 u\, and developing a personal plan going forward.\n\nIt will be facilitate
 d by a qualified coach who will help individuals navigate their personal c
 hange journeys during the transition to parental leave.\n\nLinks and infor
 mation on internal policies and resources will also be made available.\n\n
