DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to introduce our fourth speaker *Dr Ian Selby
 *. Dr Ian Selby is a Clinical Research Associate and PhD Student at the *D
 epartment of Radiology\, University of Cambridge*\, and an Honorary Radiol
 ogy Registrar at *Addenbrooke’s Hospital*. He is part of the *AIX-COVNET
  collaboration* aiming to produce *open-source artificial intelligence too
 ls* that combine *chest imaging with clinical and laboratory data* to supp
 ort diagnosis\, triage and treatment planning for respiratory disease\, pa
 rticularly COVID-19.  His personal interest focuses on the fairness and ge
 neralisability of chest x-ray models and how these might be improved by ma
 ximising the quality of data during development. He is also a member of th
 e Radiogenomics and Quantitative Image Analysis group and the DRAGON proje
 ct. \n\nWe hope to host seminars on a monthly basis during term times open
  to *all Biomedical Campus staff\, students and affiliates*. The seminars 
 are intended for a multidisciplinary audience. Presentations last approxim
 ately 30 minutes\, after which there is plenty of time for questions and d
