DESCRIPTION:We study in detail the interplay between resurgent properties 
 and the 1/N expansion in various integrable field theories with renormalon
 s\, where the perturbative series is factorially divergent even after rest
 ricting to a given order in 1/N. We focus on the free energy in the presen
 ce of a chemical potential coupled to a conserved charge\, which can be co
 mputed exactly with the thermodynamic Bethe ansatz (TBA)\, as well as usin
 g large N QFT techniques.
