 enricks is vice president with responsibility for Caterpillar's Industrial
  Power Systems Division (Perkins Engines Company Ltd)\, based in Peterboro
 ugh\, UK. Henricks joined Caterpillar in 1981 and has held a series of pos
 itions in the areas of electronics engineering and product development. Pr
 eviously\, she was undercarriage product manager for Caterpillar's Track T
 ype Tractors Division and manager of the Electronic & Electrical Systems B
 usiness Unit which is part of Caterpillar's Motion and Power Control Divis
 ion\, and most recently was vice president of Electronics & Connected Work
 site Division\, which has enterprise responsibility for hardware and softw
 are technology development and Caterpillar's global electronics strategy. 
 Henricks has a bachelor's degree in physics and a master's degree in elect
 rical engineering from Bradley University. She earned a Masters in Busines
 s Administration from the University of Illinois and completed the Managin
 g Engineering Design and Development Program at Carnegie Bosch Institute.\
