 asieni will briefly review the current landscape regarding cancer screenin
 g. He will then consider the potential for stratifying screening using eit
 her polygenic risk scores to differentiate between those with a low\, aver
 age\, or high risk of cancer\, or the post-test risk of cancer to offer st
 ratified management. Finally\, he will review the potential to expand the 
 scope of cancer screening by adding either new single-site screening progr
 ammes or a multi-cancer early detection test. The question of whether a pa
 n-cancer screening test would dissipate the benefit of using polygenic ris
 k scores to stratify screening will also be discussed as will the challeng
 es of reducing screening as risk changes.
