DESCRIPTION:A way to generalise the one-dimensional Aw-Rascle system of tr
 affic to multi-dimensional setting\, is to replace the scalar cost functio
 n with a gradient of a scalar function. We prove that for such system the 
 measure-valued solutions exist globally in time. We also show that these s
 olutions possess the weak-strong uniqueness property\, meaning that they c
 oincide with the strong solutions as long as the latter one exist.
