DESCRIPTION:The impact of small-scale noise\, used as a turbulence model\,
on passive scalars has been widely investigated. Following recent ideas o
f Lucio Galeati and Dejun Luo\, we describe new perspectives\, applicable
also to nonlinear problems\, both in thecase of exogenous and endogenous a
ction of the noise. The application to vector fields is particularly inter
 esting and will be discussed.
