 of the biggest challenges that employers face is how to navigate new hybri
 d ways of working that deliver both improved productivity and a happier\, 
 healthier workforce. This interactive\, small group session\, will invite 
 participates to share their thoughts on the last year\, how we centre staf
 f wellbeing in new ways of working and how we may overcome any obstacles a
