DESCRIPTION:Covert channels pose an ever-increasing threat to
protocols and security models primarily because of
how insidiously they operate. They are also often
overlooked when designing secure systems and tend
to go unnoticed till a major leak occurs. This ta
lk will focus on how network protocols can be expl
oited to introduce covert channels\, will go on to
analyse their bandwidth and discuss ways of keepi
 ng it down.
