DESCRIPTION:An intriguing set of anomalous measurements in rare B-meson de
 cays has been made in recent years. I will discuss the implications of the
 se results and future measurements that can help us understand whether new
  physics phenomena\, beyond the well established Standard Model of Particl
 e Physics\, are needed to explain these observations.
