DESCRIPTION:This talk relates to the analysis of L2 stability
and performance for networks of dynamical systems
involving asynchronous sampled-data links. An inpu
t-output approach will be presented in terms of in
tegral quadratic constraints (IQCs). These are use
d to encapsulate the structured uncertain time-var
ying delay associated with the link class consider
ed. In particular\, the IQCs for a link are parame
trized by bounds on the variable inter-sample inte
rval at the source and the relative asynchrony of
zero-order-hold updates at the sink. Verification
of the resulting analysis conditions for network s
tability and performance can be posed as a finite-
 dimensional convex optimization problem.
