DESCRIPTION:In the past twenty years\, the discovery of neutri
no oscillations has changed our understanding of n
eutrinos. We now know that they have mass and they
mix and\, thanks to a broad experimental programm
e\, a rather precise picture has emerged of their
properties. The explanation of neutrino masses imp
lies new physics beyond the Standard Model (BSM) w
hich is still to be unveiled. In this talk\, I wil
l briefly review the current knowledge of neutrino
properties\, highlighting the still open question
 s. I will then discuss the origin of neutrino mass
es in models BSM and their possible observational
 consequences\, from leptogenesis to colliders.
