DESCRIPTION:I will present a theory of a pseudogap state appearing near th
e\nsuperconductor-insulator transition in strongly disordered metals with\
nattractive interaction. Such an interaction combined with the fractal\nna
ture of the single particle wave functions near the mobility edge leads\nt
o an anomalously large single particle gap in the superconducting state\nn
ear SI transition that persists and even increases in the insulating\nstat
e long after the superconductivity is destroyed. Analytic expressions\nfor
the value of the pseudogap in terms of the inverse participation ratio\no
 f the corresponding localization problem.\n
